Malibu is an area rich in nature, with not only beaches but also canyons (valleys) nearby, and the designer also likes trekking, so this model was named after it.
"CANYON" is inspired by the Mexican Huarachi sandals that were popular in the 1970s, and is a signature model of Malibu that conveys the tradition of Huarachi sandals to the present day.
